Sterkfontein Caves is a World Heritage site as declared by UNESCO in 2010. The caves are famous for their fossil finds and the discovery of the world famous “Mrs. Ples” and “Little Foot”, an almost Australopithecus skeleton dating back more than 3 million years back.

Maropeng, meaning ruins is a visitor centre for Sterkfontein Caves. The visitor centre has various exhibitions of tools that were used before Stone Age, middle Stone Age and computer age

Cape Town

Full day Cape Peninsula Tour

Drive by the Atlantic Ocean along Chapmans Peak passing Sea Point and Camps Bay. Drive through Hout Bay, the fishing village. Visit Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve which is home to the fynbos, wild animals and birds. Stop at Boulders Beach for penguins observation.

We end our tour with a visit to Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens.

Rhino Lion Park & Wonder Caves

Departure: 8h30 and 13h00

The reserve is situated in the Cradle of Humankind area. It boasts over 600 head of game representing 25 different species. Animals found here are Cape wild dog, lions, cheetah and warthogs amongst others and also attracts vultures from the Magaliesberg area. The reserve also breeds Bengal tigers, Siberian tigers and the extremely rare White Lion.

Gold Reef City

Departure: 9h00 and 13h00

Gold Reef City is South Africa’s biggest theme park which will transport you to the gold rush era. It hosts an array of Africa’s tallest, biggest and fastest thrill rides.

Gold reef city is also a host to a mining museum, where visitors can go on an underground mine tour. Included in this tour is a gold pour and an African dance.

Elephant Sanctuary

Departure: 6h30, 8h30 and 12h30

The elephant Sanctuary offers interactive elephant experience and elephant back rides. The staff uses positive reinforcement elephant training methods, as a result the elephants are relaxed and enjoy interacting with guests.

Lesedi Cultural Village

Departure: 10h00 and 15h00

This is home to 5 of South African tribes, Sotho, Pedi, Xhosa, Zulu and Ndebele. After the presentation in the auditorium, guests are taken to the homesteads to experience the different cultures, followed by traditional dancing amongst drum beat and ululation. This followed by a sumptuous lunch or dinner.

Cheetah Research Centre

Departure: 6h30 and 12h00

The centre was established in 1971 as a cheetah conservation project. The centre `has continued to preserve, protect and breed cheetahs.

Soweto and Johannesburg full day

This tour takes you through the streets of Houghton where you have a glimpse of Mr. Mandela’s house before proceeding to the Constitution Hill. We then proceed through the Mandela Bridge to the cultural precinct, Newtown. Optional visit to SAB World of Beer.

Walk in the Main Street Mining Precinct to understand how Joburg grew from gold discovery.

We then visit Top of Africa, known as the tallest building in Africa before proceeding to Soweto.

The tour takes you through the administrative capital of South Africa with a photo stop at the seat of the government, The Union Buildings with its fascinating gardens.

Visit the Voortrekker Monument and Kruger House.

Proceed to the Cullinan Diamond Mine which has produced some of the worl’s largest high quality gemstones and is home to the largest diamond- The Cullinan (3106ct)

There is an option of surface and underground tours
